2. What We Do
Montgomery 2320 is a strategic business development firm focused on profitability, resilience, and ownership in an AI-mediated economy. Our services include strategic advisory, business model development, organizational structuring, AI-readiness, go-to-market design, and long-term growth architecture.
All services are advisory in nature. We do not provide legal, accounting, investment, or fiduciary services unless expressly stated in writing.
3. No Guarantees
Business outcomes are never guaranteed. Market conditions, leadership execution, capital discipline, and external forces materially affect results. Montgomery 2320 provides strategic guidance—not promises of revenue, funding, valuation, or success.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Actively participate in the advisory process
